Our portraits are free hand, digitally painted by skilled artists to create a likeness of your pet from your own up-loaded picture. The portrait is not a vector drawing, nor a computer-generated image, but a digitally hand painted work of art by our group of talented artists. Each piece is unique.
You can display an eye-catching piece of artwork to decorate your home, while honoring your beloved pet in three easy steps:
1.Upload your photo and add your dog’s name to your order.
2.Choose your portrait size, background style and frame type.
3.Within 3 days you will receive an artist proof for you to review. After you approve the proof, we will create your portrait. If you are not happy with the final proof, we can make revisions as required or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Allow up to 10 business days to receive your final pet portrait.
Note: All accessories such as harness, collar, or leash will be REMOVED from your portrait. Notify us at checkout only if you would like to KEEP an accessory in the final portrait. We are unable to any decoration of accessories that are not included in the photograph.

How much are the shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs. All orders are shipped free of charge.
Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated timeframe for delivery for non-customized or non-personalized products is between 4 and 7 business days.
The estimated timeframe for delivery for customized or personalized products is between 7 and 20 business days.

If you are unhappy with your product, let us know and we will make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as customized, personalized, or design it yourself items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@grandstreetmarket.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Grandstreetgifts.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, customized or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
